دکتر مهران دوغایی مقدم ، متولد سال 1348هجری شمسی در شهرستان قوچان از استان خراسان می باشد. تحصیلات دوره ابتدایی را در آن شهرستان به پایان رساند و دوره راهنمایی و متوسطه را در تهران، در مدارس گروه آموزشی هدف و خوارزمی، گذرانده است. در سال 1365 در اولین تجربه ی شرکت در آزمون سراسری با انتخاب رشته ی طب ،در رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، پذیرفته شد و درسن هفده سالگی به عنوان یکی از جوانترین دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه تهران، تحصیل طب را آغاز نمود ودر سال 1372 از این رشته، فارغ التحصیل شد.

او از سال 1379تاکنون به انجام امور تخصصی، بخصوص جراحی زیبایی بینی با حفظ عملکرد بینی، پرداخته است. تجربه ی بالغ بر 7000 عمل جراحی بینی موفق در طی این سال ها ، او را قادر ساخته در جراحی های زیبایی بینی، بدون قبول ریسک به راحتی به نتایج مناسب و ماندگار دست یافته، رضایت بیماران را فراهم سازد.
